Kracking Carp Lake
The Record Breaker Lake of Anglers Paradise’! This is where History was made and the ‘First’ Ever AP Forty came out, and now is the Lake which holds the County Record for the Biggest Carp which is 50lbs + !!This Lake boasts of 15 - 20 Carp, Mirrors to over 50lbs and Commons to over 40lbs. Xanadu Lake

Fat Boys Lake
One of the Nirvana Lakes set in a field on its own. A very peaceful lake that contains Carp to 25lbs. The lake that we like to call our 'runs water' but as we all know fishing can sometimes be challenging. Pick out the bigger fish by tempting them on a surface bait. Ideal for an angler looking to catch their first 'Twenty'.
Trout Lake
5 Different Species of Trout! Set on its own in beautiful surroundings this 3 acre lake is home to 5 different species of Trout: Rainbow, Blue, Brown, Golden, Tiger and also Grass Carp. A day on this Lake will be a day to remember, peace, tranquility and nature all around you, more often than not you will most probably be lucky enough to have the whole Lake to yourself!
Beginners Carp
This lake is just over one acre with an island and is home to over 1000 Carp to double figures, mostly between 4 – 8lbs. You could also be lucky enough to catch a Golden Tench or a Rare Blue Orfe. Pixie Lake
One for the ALL the Family to enjoy! Great for Float Fishing and for those wanting to have some fun in catching lots! Located closest to the accommodation, the Pixie Lake is ideal for adults or children who are new to fishing. The fish love maggots and soft hook pellets on this Lake especially the PARADISE BAITS pellets!
Magic Lake
Where the Magic happens... The fishing is in the name! A pretty lake with Carp into double figures and lots of ornamentals including Koi. Often a Lake that gets forgotton about and there is many surprises in here, give it a go and you'll soon find out...
Float Lake
Float Fishing at it's BEST! An All-time favourite of our guests with some catching over 300 fish in just one day!! Specimen Tench and Orfe Lake
A Special Lake to Many...Even to the Angling Stars A Lake ideal for those wanting to achieve some new Personal Bests! This lake has over 30 of each Golden Tench and Golden Orfe from 3lbs to over 8lbs. Main Lake
The 'Jewel in the Estate', A Beautifully Matured 4 Acre Lake with Five Islands The Lake is stocked with - Carp, Wels Catfish and Grass Carp The water in the lake is very rich and the Carp flourish without undue pressure from the angler. Easy Access
A Lake full of different Fish of Many Sizes! This Lake is easily accessible as it is the top lake by the Car Park. This Lake is a favourite to many as it is stocked with such a wide variety of Species including - Carp to over 20lbs Cats to 50lbs Plus Tench, Orfe and Rudd, all of the Golden Variety for a real Mixed bag!
Specimen Carp Lake
A Lake full of Dream Fish... A Stunning Two and a Half Acre Lake with 2 Islands and lots of Water Lillies, stocked with 33 Carp, average size upper twenties and eight of these are thirties. The Lake where Magic happens... The most beautiful and secluded Lake on the complex situated in the woods at the entrance to the Woodland Sculpture Trail. This serene Two and a Half Acre Lake contains 100's of Koi from 2lbs to Mid Doubles. This lake must be booked prior to fishing as it is not included on the budget ticket
