Manor Farm Fishing is an extensive 100 acre fishery based in the heart of Central Bedfordshire, with easy access from the A1.
Manor Farm Fishing consisits of a range of 7 different fishing lakes, a 18 van touring caravan site with electric hook-ups, a large, professional tackle shop, covered bivvy barn display area and refreshments.
A range of fishing experiences are catered for at Manor Farm Fishing including carp fishing for pleasure anglers and specialists, night fishing, fly fishing for carp and trout, match and coarse angling as well as predator spinning, lure and deadbait fishing in the winter months.
The River Ivel acts as the boundary along our eastern edge and is also available to fish with a good head of chub, barbel, pike and bream.

This is a mature 2-acre lake surrounded by a fringe of reeds The average depth of Blunham is 7-8 foot, going down to 12 feet in places. The 23 peg purpose built match canal opened in 2005. This canal is heavily stocked with home-grown carp to 10lb+, bream, skimmers, roach, perch, rudd and tench. We organise our own Spring and Autumn Open Match Series as well as taking bookings from clubs and organisations that wish to book their own matches. River Ivel
Running along the rear of the fishery is the River Ivel. This is a wonderful meandering stretch of the river with depths from 3-5 foot and a variety of river bed conditions and features.There are many overhanging trees and creases to fish to, however the banks are relatively steep so care must be taken when fishing this stretch as there are no man-made swims and suits stalking.Species include chub
The Carp Lake
The Carp Lake was established in 1997 and stocked with common, mirror and a few koi carp. The current stock is around 300 carp averaging between 16lb and 19lb with approximately 60-70 20lb+ carp and, depending on the time of year, around 3-5 30lb+ carp.
