Situated on a 10-acre wooded site in delightful countryside on the main Gloucester to Ledbury road only 10 minutes from the M50, Watersmeet is a great haunt for anglers or for those who fancy a break which combines angling with sightseeing, shopping or just a quite few days away from it all.
Owned and run by the same family for nearly 45 years, current owners Tom and Gail Ring took over Watersmeet from Tom's father over 20 years ago and in recent years have made a range of improvements to the accommodation and fishing.
The improvements include the addition or refurbishment of 15 new rooms overlooking either the main lake or gardens which means that all 19 rooms now offer en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
Some are so close to the waterside that you could fish from your window.

no long treks to your swim or for a beer! Although angling at Watersmeet is available on day-ticket by pre-booking, residents take priority and are even allowed to night-fishing.
Most of the pegs are suitable for disabled anglers as the site is on one level.
An added attraction at Watersmeet is that adjacent to the fishery is a traditional oak - beamed country freehouse pub with real ales and guest beers and a separate restaurant which serves home - cooked food.
The pub is available for residents who require breakfast.
