On-site there are 11 lakes totalling twenty eight acres, which includes 4 specimen carp lakes, a runs water and 6 match/pleasure fishing lakes.
The lakes are well known for their carp fishing but they also provide one of the few places in Dorset to catch a Catfish.
The match lakes provide 90 pegs which are available for match bookings.
The on-site tackle shop is one of the biggest in the U.
K and stocks all major brands.
To complement the lakes we also offer self catering holiday cottages ideal for anglers and family groups and a 5 C/L site to provide the ultimate fishing holiday.

Paddock Specimen Lake
Around 2 acres in size with just 7 easily accessible gravel swims. The lake has been stocked with a good head of cat fish between 20lb & 50lb, weighing up to and in excess of 80lb! There is also a good head of carp present with the average size being over 20lb, and the lake record standing at over 35lb. Paddock is very popular and booking is a must, full payment is required upon booking.
Big Hayes Specimen Lake
8 acre specimen carp water holding approximately 800 carp including at least 80 different 20lb plus fish, with the lake record currently being 34lb. 18 easily accessible gravel swims, the majority of which has its own parking bay. Big Hayes has catfish upto 40lb+ and also offers some cracking pike fishing during the winter months with specimens to over 25lb. Booking is advisable, full payment is r
Little Hayes Specimen Lake
Little Hayes is around 6 acres in size and stocked with approximately 700 carp ranging from 10-31lb. Little Hayes also holds a small number of specimen bream which run to over 15lbs and catfish to 30lb+. The lake boasts 15 gravel swims that can be easily accessed from the surrounding track. Booking is advisable, full payment is required upon booking .
Willow Bank Specimen Lake
New for 2016 Willow Bank is 3 acres in size with 10 easy accessible gravel swims and is fished from one side only. We have stocked the lake with around 250 carp ranging from low doubles to just shy of 30lb. Booking is advisable, full payment is required upon booking.
Wadmill Lake
Wadmill is a 4.5 acre well stocked runs water providing plenty of action and excitement for anglers of all abilities. In the spring of 2012 Wadmill had a massive overhaul which included the building of 31 wood chipped swims along with a stone path which runs around the whole lake. Hill View Lake
Hill View Lake is 2.5 acres in size with 2 islands and has 28 pegs. The lake can be easily accessed from the stone track that runs the majority of the way around the lake and is within walking distance of the holiday cottages. Ash Lake is around 1.5 acres in size averaging 25m wide with 14 pegs. The lake can be accessed from the stone track that runs adjacent to the lake and is situated just a few hundred yards from the holiday cottages. Homeground Lake is around an 1.5 acres in size with 2 small islands and has 15 pegs. For its size Homeground is going to be one of our more densely stocked waters with literally thousands of small carp ranging from 1lb to 5lb and the odd surprise weighing in at over 15lb. Firs Lake
Firs Lake is the smallest of our lakes with only 6 pegs. Don’t be fooled by the size of Firs as it offers some superb fishing and is situated less than a stones throw away from the 5cl site. Firs is a mixed fishery with carp to over 10lb, Tench to 5lb and some specimen Perch to over 3lb.
