We are a eight lake/pond commercial fishery set in the heart of Surrey and are always striving to improve all aspects of our fishery, from our fully stocked on-site tackle and bait shop to our on going swim and lake maintenance programme.
We aim to not only provide you with a great days fishing but also offer you peaceful and pleasant surroundings in which to do so.
We have lakes and ponds to cater for every anglers needs wether it be float or feeder fishing to specimen hunting.

Snipe Lake
Snipe Lake is the oldest lake at Beaver Fishery, and it has been voted as one of the best open access commercial lakes in the United Kingdom. This wonderful lake is 2 and a half acres in size and from 1st March 2017 will be a Carp Only lake. Tuscany Lake
Tuscany Lake is also one of the oldest lakes at Beaver Fishery which holds Catfish to 77lb+ and from 1st March 2017 Tuscany Lake will be a Catfish Only lake. This lake has 8 swims. Tuscany Lake is a very popular lake in the warmer months with catfish anglers as the average size catfish being caught is 30-40lb on a regular basis. Jeff’s Lake
Jeffs Lake is also one of the original lakes, but the newest in regards to renovation. This lake offers 1 and a half acres of fun filled action and is clased as our very own runs water. It never fails to produce. With a mixed bag of species from carp to 12lb, Bream, Tench, Golden Tench, Barbel, Chubb, Golden and Blue Orfe, Perch and some very good Roach it really is a recipe for a great days fishi
The Major’s Lake
Majors Lake is the biggest lake at Beaver Fishery at 3 and a half acres. It has a log central island in the middle and holds varying depths around the lake from 3ft to 7ft. Maze Lake
The unique shape of Maze Lake is designed especially for match fishing. Built in 1995 Maze Lake has become popular among angling clubs and for hosting corporate days as well as memorial matches. It holds 37 pegs and has a average depth of 4 and a half ft to 5ft. It offers marginal fishing as well as open water fishing to some of our exquisite lily pads. Moat Farm Pond
Moat Pond is on the southern boundary of the fishery and has existed for many years as an old farm pond. It was re-designed, cleaned out and enlarged in 1994. Moat Pond has a central island and has a few gravel spots around it. The lake has an average depth of 5ft. This lake holds a good variety of coarse fish and the Carp have been caught to 15lb. Daughters Lake
We like to call Daughters Lake our 3rd specimen lake which boasts Carp to 30lb. Daughters Lake is the next port of call if Snipe and Tuscany Lakes are busy. Crucian Carp have flourished in Daughters Lake, so much so that it now holds them to over 4lb and close to the British record. Eden Pond
This pond could not have been named more appropriately. A quiet and peaceful pond set back at the far westerly boundary of the fishery surrounded by trees. Predominately stocked with Green Tench that have grown to over 10lb and Golden Tench, it has become somewhat of a mecca for tench anglers.
