With 36 pegs over 2 acres this lake has been designed to make fishing as fair as possible.

We dug this 25m wide lake with a laser equipped bulldozer to create accurate excavations so that the depth and profiles of the lake bottom would be exactly as we wanted them.

The result is that we have a lake which is the same depth from one end to the other offering approx.

2m of water at its deepest point down the middle.

The near and far banks slope down to this depth at an angle of about 45 degrees.

This will force the angler into fishing the pole, feeder or waggler.

The average size of fish are approx 5lb and match catches are in excess of 150lb.

The lake stocks F1 Carp, Carp, Tench, Skimmer Bream and Roach and the best baits to use are pellet, paste and meat.
