Coarse fishing is available at the lakes on the site and is controlled by Snowland Angling Group.
There are currently two pools available with a third in the process of being completed.
The main lake has recently been reopened after a period of some 15 years, there are 27 pegs and all have solid platforms.
Pegs 1 - 5 have parking close by and there is one peg totally dedicated for wheelchair access, although all pegs on the roadside are suitable for disabled access.
The lakes contain Tench, Perch, Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Rudd, Roach, Bream, Crucian Carp and a few Brown Trout.
The lake is available for organisations to book for private or open matches, through either the Angling Club or Snowland Reception.

Front Lake
Just over an acre in size with two islands, Front Lake holds 20 pegs and is well stocked with common, mirror and ghost carp into double figures with the average size being between 6lbs and 8lbs. Fish in the 14lbs to 16lbs range are taken almost daily whilst 2015 had already seen the capture of several fish between 16lbs and 20lbs.The last 12 months has seen several 18lb to 20lb commons being caugh
House Pond
About an acre in size with 12 pegs, House Pond is roughly circular in shape with an island in the centre. It is surrounded by well-maintained grass lawns, a beautiful weeping willow and ornamental trees and shrubs. Although the fish do not run to the same size as those in Front Lake, House Pond is a good water for less experienced anglers or those looking to keep busy during their session.The orig
